Joshua Polley was born and raised near Paducah, Ky.  After witnessing the devastation on September 11th, 2001 during his senior year of high school, he enlisted in the US Army in 2002.

Josh reported to Fort Leonard Wood Missouri for his Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, graduating in June 2003 as a Military Police Soldier. He would then be stationed at Fort Stewart, GA where he would deploy to both Iraq and Afghanistan as well as serve as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Personal Security for the Garrison Command Group. He would leave active duty in 2008, but continues to serve in the Georgia Army National Guard to this day. This firm dealt exclusively in military markets tailoring luxury apartments to meet the needs of US Service-members, DOD Civilians, DOD Contractors and their families. Josh oversaw the acquisition of 10 apartment communities growing the firm to a value of nearly half-a-billion dollars in real estate and 125 employees. Josh’s efforts to employ Reservists and National Guardsmen, as well as military veterans, retirees and spouses resulted in the company’s recognition by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, as both a Patriot Award and Seven Seals Award winning employer.

Josh now lives in Metro-Atlanta with his wife Jasmine, who is also an Army Veteran and their three children Liam, Lily and Leo.
