jerry flanaganGerald “Jerry” Flanagan is the creator of the JDog brand and founder of the JDog Junk Removal system and serves as our President and CEO. Jerry’s business career has been focused primarily in the retail sales industry, where he has held various positions and founded, owned and operated a number of businesses. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Army. He did basic training at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina and then went to Ft. Gordon, GA for Advanced Individual Training. He was later stationed at Ft. Stewart Georgia and achieved the rank of E-4 Specialist. Jerry is based at our corporate office in Berwyn, PA.

Tracy Flanagan Co-Founded JDog Franchises, LLC, where she serves as the Senior Vice President. One of Tracy’s key roles is to speak to military spouses of those considering purchasing a franchise – her family oriented perspective is invaluable for understanding the opportunity JDog presents. It is in this vein that Tracy created and heads up the JDog Spouses and acts as a resource and mentor to the spouses of JDog franchisees. She also helps franchisees with workforce resources nationally and locally, such as connecting them with the VA’s Compensated Work Therapy Program. Additionally, Tracy helps local JDog franchisees launch their businesses, and conducts a training course titled “JDog Culture and Customer Service”. Tracy also takes an active role in marketing the JDog brand, attending military job fairs, conferences and conventions, and traveling to franchisee territories.

Tracy’s grandfather (WW1), Step-Father (Korean War), and brother (Air Force Veteran) are the driving force behind her passion to promote the JDog mission of putting Veterans into their own business while supporting the military community. Prior to starting JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, Tracy obtained a degree as a legal secretary and worked in the legal and corporate sector for several years.

kevin KopaKevin Kopa is the Vice President of Operations and brings great experience and knowledge to the JDog Team. His responsibilities include ensuring that our franchisees are provided all the necessary tools to be successful in their day to day operations. Kevin was in the Marine Corps. Infantry for 6 years and deployed to Iraq in 2005 and 2008. After Graduating from West Chester University Kevin previously worked in the transportation industry as the operations manager for a third party logistics broker for the past 5 years.

Andrew Colket  serves as JDog’s Director of Sales. Previously, as a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Andrew deployed to Ramadi, Iraq in 2005 through 2006, and later to Sinai, Egypt for Multi-National Forces and Observers (MFO) in 2008. After nine years (2000-2009) Andrew was honorably discharged, having reached the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). Before joining JDog, Andrew previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives and then Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia as Assistant Director for the Office of Veterans Services. Andrew also serves on the board of directors for The Veterans Group, a Philadelphia-based non-profit focused on helping homeless veterans. Andrew is a husband and father and enjoys remaining involved with his fellow veterans through his affiliations in the American Legion, VFW, and other organizations.

Dana ForesterDana Forester is the national Director of Operations at JDog HQ and assists new franchisees in launching their business as well as the ongoing day to day support of all the JDog franchisees.  She is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force where she trained as a Munitions Systems Specialist.  She served under the historic 8th Air Force, 2nd Bomb Wing at Barksdale AFB in Shreveport, LA and at the 52nd Fighter Wing on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. 

Dana has brought a unique blend of skills with her to JDog; strong marketing and management skills from her years at Comcast Corporation, sales experience as a Realtor and maintenance and mechanical knowledge from her military career.  Dana comes from a strong military family.  Most notably her Uncle, Ken Baldwin, who served as an Army Paratrooper in WWII, 101st Airborne, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, Easy Company – he was an original member of the ‘Band of Brothers’. 

Dana has 3 young sons who she hopes will carry on the family military tradition. 

Patricia Kessler  is the Sales Coordinator at JDog. She works with the marketing department to improve social media and PR efforts. Patricia also assists with the Corporate Services and Franchise Sales departments here at JDog. A 2016 graduate of Temple University, she is able to apply her degree in Strategic Communications when communicating daily with the JDog franchisees and potential franchisees. Both of Patricia’s grandfathers served in the military and she is proud to work for a company that represents and serves the community they were a part of. Previous to her employment at JDog, Patricia worked in event planning for a nonprofit organization.

maddie seilerMaddie Seiler is the Marketing Coordinator at JDog. She assists the marketing department with social media, public relations and other marketing efforts. She is skilled in graphic design and creates marketing materials internally and for the franchisees. In May of 2016 Maddie graduated from Millersville University with a B.S. degree in Speech Communication with an option in Public Relations. After graduating, she joined AmeriCorps, completing her term of service with Lancaster Lebanon Habitat For Humanity in July of 2017. She recently moved to the Philadelphia area to start her professional career with JDog. Maddie’s maternal and fraternal grandfathers served in the Army, her uncle in the Air Force and her maternal great-grandfather was a purple heart recipient in the Army.

Chris Debbas serves as Chairman of our Company. Chris is also co-founder and the Senior Partner of Julip Run Capital, LLC (, a private equity and management firm based in suburban Philadelphia that develops growth-oriented businesses that have unique competitive advantages through innovation, scale, or strategic position. Mr. Debbas has over twenty-five years of business experience in a variety of industries including aviation, automotive, information technology, health care, accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, distribution, records management, and market research.   Mr. Debbas earned a B.S. in Chemistry from St. Joseph’s University.

James “Jimmy” Griffiths is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jimmy is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Julip Run Capital, an investment firm that provided the primary capital for our business. Jimmy has over 20 years of experience in areas of finance and accounting, financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions and operations, and during his career participated in in raising over $900 million of capital for the companies he supported. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis.

The JDog management team relies on a several groups of advisors who provide a range of advice, counsel, perspective, direction, and entrée that has accelerated the growth of our business and enabled us to be more competitive in the marketplace.

The JDog Joint Chiefs are highly placed retired military officers and the most highly decorated combat veterans who provide insightful leadership and original thinking that engages unique resources, promotes our brand and serves our community of military veteran franchisees.

The Go JDog Boosters cross all military ranks and services and include veterans who advance and the JDog mission to get veterans in business and back to work. They contribute to our movement through networking and communicating in their circles of influence to get the word out to other veterans to Join the JDog Movement.

The JDog Spouses are the family partners of our business owners who are critical to the success of the JDog enterprise as any military family knows. They offer the trusted guidance and advice, caring support, and often play a day to day role in the local business operations.

The JDog Civilian Advisors include successful entrepreneurs and business people who understand and appreciate the JDog mission and have the means, resources and time to promote the JDog brand. They also provide the means and assets to support and advance other veteran organizations with whom JDog has relationships.
