Ray Hill was born and raised in Elmhurst, Illinois, but the U.S. Navy would propel his journey far from home.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame on an NROTC Scholarship, he served for four and a half years on active duty. While stationed in San Diego, CA, Ray was a Gunnery Officer aboard the USS Gary (FFG-51) and the USS Thach (FFG-43) before becoming the Main Propulsion Assistant on the USS Cleveland (LPD-7).

In 2002, Ray returned to Chicago’s western suburbs, where he now lives with his family, and continues to serve. Ray was eager to run a JDog Junk Removal and Hauling franchise in Elmhurst, IL.
